At ABRB Consulting, we deliver end-to-end electrical consulting and project management services for residential, industrial, and commercial developments across Victoria. Our team brings decades of combined experience in URD design and delivery, electrical reticulation, renewable energy integration, and large-scale project management, having successfully delivered tens of thousands of residential lots and substantial industrial and commercial supply projects.
We guide clients from concept through to completion, combining deep technical expertise with practical delivery leadership. By working closely with developers, contractors, and distribution networks, we ensure projects are safe, compliant, and delivered on time and within budget. Our services span electrical design, detailed documentation, as-built creation, project engineering, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, providing clients with clarity, confidence, and actionable solutions.

ABRB has come about from initially four colleagues turned very close mates over many years working in the industry together.
We believe we can raise the bar in service & delivery for the industry and build meaningful relationships with our clients along the way.
Collectively, we have over 25 years' experience in the industry covering Engineering, Design, Project Management, Detailing, Drafting and Construction Management.
We want to make valuable connections with clients who we can work collaboratively with to deliver top shelf results and take the pressure out of infrastructure connections.

Bailey Dorling
DIRECTOR
Bailey Dorling is a Director at ABRB Consulting and a Design Manager with extensive experience across urban residential, industrial, and commercial electrical projects throughout Victoria. He combines deep technical expertise in electrical design with strategic project leadership, guiding complex developments from concept through to completion while maintaining focus on compliance, safety, and delivery outcomes.
Bailey began his career, where he gained hands-on experience in URD and reticulation design, developing a strong foundation in practical electrical design and compliance. After three years, he joined Alister Vassiliou at Powerplant, where he progressed into design management and project engineering, delivering large-scale residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
His experience spans multi-stage subdivisions, embedded renewable energy systems, and utility network integration across Victoria's major distribution networks. Over his career, he has delivered residential lots and substantial industrial and commercial supply projects, working closely with developers, contractors, and distribution businesses to ensure outcomes are constructible, compliant, and delivered on time and within budget.
Bailey is known for his collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, combining stakeholder engagement with technical rigour to provide clarity, reduce risk, and ensure the successful delivery of complex electrical projects.

Alister Vassiliou
DIRECTOR
Alister Vassiliou is a highly experienced URD Delivery Manager specialising in residential, industrial, and commercial urban developments across Victoria. At Powerplant, he has led a team of accredited Project Managers, successfully managing over 600 Projects and delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple distribution networks including Powercor, AusNet, Jemena, and United Energy.
Alister works closely with property developers, subcontractors, and distribution companies to ensure electrical supply is delivered on time, enabling the settlement of titles and smooth project delivery. He provides technical guidance throughout construction, ensuring compliance with the latest network standards, while identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. He has worked alongside Bailey Dorling at Powerplant, combining deep technical knowledge with delivery leadership to manage complex projects efficiently and with clarity.
Alister holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property and Real Estate, majoring in Finance from Deakin University, and a Diploma of Project Management from IPM Group. He is an accredited auditor and detailer, a Powercor Recognised Contractor (PM2), and an AusNet Recognised Contractor (PMC). Known for his collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Alister provides clear guidance, reduces risk, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with client expectations.
